Paraffinic Wax is a white or colourless soft solid that is derived from coal, petroleum or oil shale. It comprises of a mixture of hydrocarbon molecules having between twenty and forty carbon atoms. Paraffinic Wax is solid at room temperature and starts melting above approximately 37 °C. Boiling point of this wax is >370 °C (698 °F). These are highly beneficial for hand, feet and body and is hence used for treatment of those suffering from osteoarthritis, arthritis, stiff neck, muscle pain, and so on.
