Precipitated Amorphous Silica is derived from quartz sand and is a crystalline form of silicon dioxide. It is extensively used for tires and shoe soles. Precipitated Amorphous Silica is also used as a natural rubber and synthetic rubber reinforcing agent and friction agent in toothpaste. It is produced by precipitation from a solution containing silicate salts. Filtering, washing and drying are the steps of production of this silica. We use advanced techniques to pack this in order to keep it safe until delivered.
