Wood Rosin is an oil soluble food grade additive that is used in beverages, foods and cosmetics to keep oils in suspension in water. It is also used as an ingredient in producing chewing-gum and ice cream. Wood Rosin is a solid form of resin obtained from pines and other plants, mostly conifers and is produced by heating fresh liquid resin to vaporize the volatile liquid terpene components. Rosin is easily softened and oxidized as tested by our quality controllers.
